What you will do
- Drive core operating cadences, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning cycles, and board-level reporting.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, customer delivery, and hiring to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analysis to support the executive team’s most critical decision-making processes.
Who this is a fit for
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy, ideally having reached the Manager level.
- Strong ability to build complex models and communicate structured strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
