We are looking for a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer to own our full funnel and lead a 40-person team. This isn't just about managing a budget; it's about building a revenue engine from the ground up, finding growth channels beyond paid ads, and using AI-driven analytics to scale our mission.
If you have a track record of driving massive B2C growth in complex, high-stakes markets, join us in making elite education accessible to everyone.
Role overview
As CRO, you will own the end-to-end revenue funnel, managing a 40-person organization across marketing and enrollment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will architect growth strategies beyond paid ads, build strategic partnerships, and leverage data to optimize high-stakes B2C conversion journeys in the North American market.
About Nexford University

What you will do
- Own the full revenue funnel from first-touch marketing through to student enrollment, optimizing complex, multi-stage emotional conversion funnels.
- Identify and scale non-paid growth channels including community, content, and referral programs while managing and reporting clear targets to the board.
- Build and maintain your own analytics dashboards using AI and no-code tools to identify funnel leakages and make data-driven decisions daily.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record as a CRO or top revenue owner in B2C EdTech or high-stakes services with long consideration cycles and complex funnels.
- Strong North American (NAM) market focus with experience building brands from the ground up rather than just running established marketing engines.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with data analysis and AI tools, comfortable working Eastern Time hours in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Why this role is remarkable
- Direct line to the founder-CEO at a Series A challenger brand taking on elite higher education incumbents with smarter, more efficient growth strategies.
- Strategic yet hands-on ownership of a $26M-funded university with the freedom to build and prove new growth channels like referral and product-led growth.
- High-impact leadership over a 40-person revenue team, inheriting established heads of marketing and enrollment to scale an accredited, mission-driven institution.
