- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a mid-market portfolio, focusing on driving high platform adoption and securing renewals to maximize net revenue retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, helping them implement best practices in performance reviews, engagement, and OKRs using the Leapsome platform.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within your account base to ensure customers are leveraging the full value of the AI-powered product suite.
