What you will do
- Design and implement the governance, resourcing, and quality standards required to manage multiple concurrent client projects and managed services.
- Coordinate and optimize performance across distributed delivery pods in the US, UK, Pakistan, and the Philippines to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for commercial clients, managing expectations and communicating project outcomes effectively.

- Expertise in managing offshore or distributed teams and a “high agency” mindset to proactively solve problems before they escalate.
