Ask Tax International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own client engagements from kickoff to delivery. As the firm’s sole PM working directly with principals, you will build project plans, coordinate advisors, and manage client communications. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape internal delivery processes and ensure deadline-driven success for a long-established advisory firm.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements, including building project plans, chasing deliverables, and managing complex timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, setting clear expectations and providing professional status reports while coordinating with internal preparers and advisors.
• Design and implement internal initiatives to streamline firm operations, creating the standard processes used by the entire organization for project delivery.

• Proven experience as a generalist Project Manager who has personally managed projects through the entire lifecycle, including handling scope, dependencies, and difficult deadline conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision, maintaining high standards of organization and professional communication.
• Experience in deadline-driven professional services such as tax, accounting, or advisory is highly preferred to navigate the firm’s specific industry requirements.
