Work directly with the CEO to scale SnapMagic’s operations across finance, recruiting, and special projects. You will act as a builder, designing AI-powered workflows and automations that eliminate manual bottlenecks. What you will do
- Build and deploy AI-powered internal tools, agents, and low-code automations to optimize finance, recruiting, and vendor management.
- Identify and fix operational bottlenecks by turning manual, messy processes into scalable systems that run autonomously.
- Execute special projects across every business function, including finance operations like invoicing and payroll, and cross-functional support.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses a strong STEM foundation and hands-on experience in operations or solutions engineering within an early-stage startup environment.
- Demonstrated technical fluency with no-code/low-code tools and experience building AI-enabled processes that measurably save time.
- High bias for action and technical autonomy, capable of thriving in ambiguous settings and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
