Golden Ticket Terms
Who can use a Golden Ticket, what the Hire Jill offer includes, and what happens after the discount ends.
Golden Ticket Terms
Version 1, dated 1 September 2026.
1. Eligibility
Golden Tickets are for portfolio companies of Jack & Jill partner venture capital firms and customers who received one from Jack & Jill or an authorised partner. Your company must not have a current or previous paid Hire Jill subscription. The free Meet Jill plan you start on when you create your company does not count. Golden Tickets have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.
2. Offer
A valid Golden Ticket provides the promotional benefit specified with the offer, including the applicable subscription duration and number of eligible slots. Any charges not covered by the promotion will be billed at the applicable subscription price. A valid payment method is required at Checkout.
3. Hire Definition
For purposes of these Golden Ticket Terms, a “Hire” occurs when a candidate introduced by Jill accepts an offer of employment from the company. A candidate’s subsequent failure to commence employment does not invalidate the Hire or entitle the company to a replacement, refund, or credit.
4. Redemption
The Golden Ticket must be active and accepted at Checkout and may have an expiry date or redemption limit. For the public offer, the code is accepted when creating a new company, which starts on the free Meet Jill plan; the discounted Hire Jill upgrade must be completed at Checkout within 24 hours of company creation. By redeeming it, you confirm that you may act for the company and that the company is eligible.
5. Unauthorised use
If a Golden Ticket was not issued to you, your company or an eligible group that includes your company, we may remove it and its discount, end the discounted Hire Jill subscription and move the account to Meet Jill.
