We are looking for a Creative Experience Designer—someone from a gaming, narrative, or UX background—to join our founding team and shape the product's vision from the ground up.

Role overview
Join Buller Invest to redefine dating by applying the science of attraction to human connection. Moving beyond traditional matching, you will shape the conceptual experience from the ground up. Working with relationship experts, you’ll design visceral, engaging user journeys that prioritize storytelling and social dynamics over simple screen layouts.

I am and exited tech founder and VC fund partner (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dpbuller/) with a significant portfolio of startup investments across health, fintech, hardware and social. I am building something new in Dating and expanding the team to bring it from concept to live.
What you will do
- Evolve and challenge early UX concepts into a distinctive, fun, and dynamic user experience rooted in behavioral science.
- Weave relationship science and psychological principles directly into interaction mechanics, storytelling, and social dynamics.
- Lead the experiential product concept from 0 to 100, focusing on discovery, progression, and meaningful user engagement.
Who this is a fit for
- Background in Game Design, Narrative Design, or Experience Design with a focus on interaction mechanics and gamification.
- Comfortable working at a conceptual level in early-stage environments, pushing back on thinking and iterating rapidly.
- Fluent in English and based in the UK, US, or Western Europe to facilitate regular collaboration with founders.
