As CTO, you will own product and engineering, leading a six-person team to build proactive AI agents for brand marketers. You’ll work directly with the CEO and customers to turn early adoption into a scaled platform, shipping core features in React, TypeScript, and Python while shaping technical culture and architecture.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a high-performing six-person engineering team while remaining hands-on in React, TypeScript, and Node.js or Python development.

  • Drive the product roadmap by spending time directly with customers to identify pain points and translate feedback into automated marketing solutions.
