Frank is building an agentic bank for small businesses. Our first product is a deposit backed credit card that is growing 5 - 10% per day!
What you will do
- Architect and build the core platform including money-movement infrastructure, ledgers, and integrations with major issuer-processors like Lithic, Marqeta, or Stripe Issuing.
- Develop the AI agentic core and frameworks that proactively manage customer financial tasks, including the data pipelines and guardrails required for production AI.
- Own the end-to-end security posture and compliance path, managing SOC 2 readiness and the technical controls required by sponsor banks and regulators.

- 5+ years of experience building production software, including several years as an engineering leader, founder, or first engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise in regulated fintech environments, having navigated payments, banking, or lending systems while maintaining rigorous standards for reliability and idempotency.
