Join Aglide as a founding engineer in San Francisco to own complex problems end-to-end. You will build and scale a platform that deploys browser-using agents at scale, working across the automation engine, distributed task systems, and end-to-end encrypted infrastructure. This role offers true ownership, from meeting enterprise customers to shipping production code within a week.

What you will do
- Design and ship end-to-end features across a complex stack including an Electron desktop app, browser extensions, and distributed task systems.
- Meet directly with household-name enterprise customers to diagnose problems, validate fixes, and identify new product opportunities from the first call to production.
- Invent the playbook for deploying browser-using agents at scale, managing everything from automation engines to zero-trust and end-to-end encrypted infrastructure.
Who this is a fit for
- Has at least one year of experience shipping production software that real users depend on, ideally within a fast-moving startup environment.
- Demonstrates technical depth in TypeScript, Postgres, and browser automation tools like Puppeteer or Selenium, or experience with Electron and browser extensions.
- Possesses “Founding DNA” with a track record of self-directed projects and a desire for full ownership of the product lifecycle without approval chains.
