Toutix is building the fan intelligence layer for the mid-market of sports and live entertainment — the long tail of clubs that incumbents price out. The core product is the Fan Passport: a persistent, club-owned “Golden Record” that collapses every ticket scan, concession purchase, promo, and email open into one stable fan identity, then turns it into predictive insight clubs can act on. What makes it work is an AI-native ingestion pipeline that onboards a club in 48 hours instead of the four-to-eight weeks every competitor needs — a cost-structure advantage that makes serving smaller clubs economically viable for the first time. We’re live with our first clubs and expanding from identity into the products that sit on top of it: ticketing, campaigns, and sponsor activation. It’s a small, technical team working close to real customers, where the quality of what we ship matters more than how fast we grow headcount.
What you will do
- Architect and build the core multi-tenant platform, ensuring reliability through systematic automated verification, synthetic monitoring, and self-healing agent-driven triaging.
- Design high-concurrency systems to handle massive ticket on-sale spikes, implementing idempotent checkout flows and fair queueing to prevent inventory double-selling.
- Co-design the Fan Oracle data pipeline that processes real-time signals from music, ticketing, and social media into rich, actionable fan identity profiles.
