Role overview
As a Founding Engineer at Healink, Inc., you will build and scale the core systems of an AI platform already generating revenue. You’ll own product areas end-to-end, drive critical architectural decisions, and establish the engineering culture. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of healthcare and AI for a proven product.

Healink, Inc. is an AI-powered care-coordination platform for dental practices. Built by dentists, it helps patients understand treatment plans, costs, insurance, and financing, while sending personalized follow-ups and enabling appointment requests. The platform integrates with practice-management systems and provides patient reactivation, treatment-coordinator tools, dashboards, analytics, and optional managed coordination services to help dental practices increase treatment acceptance and completion.
What you will do
- Design, build, and scale full-stack systems including React frontends, Node.js/Python backends, and sophisticated LLM-powered workflows.
- Own critical product domains end-to-end, managing everything from patient-facing experiences to complex dental practice management integrations.
- Establish and champion engineering best practices for code quality, system reliability, and testing while hiring and mentoring future team members.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning entire systems rather than just completing isolated tasks.
- Deep proficiency in full-stack development, specifically with React and modern backend environments (Node.js/Python), and experience with GCP or Docker.
- An entrepreneurial mindset capable of turning ambiguous healthcare problems into structured technical solutions without needing a predefined playbook.
