What you will do
- Manage a fleet of AI agents to own features end-to-end, including frontend, backend, and model training for predictive compatibility systems.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to translate weekly user research insights into technical decisions and ship high-impact features with speed.
- Build sophisticated recommendation systems and UI for local events, helping users bridge the gap from digital matching to real-world interaction.
