Ensemble AI is an industrial AI software company building Flux, an Industrial Operational Intelligence platform for asset-intensive organisations.
Flux helps industrial businesses turn fragmented operational data, documents and engineering knowledge into structured, trusted intelligence that can be used to improve reliability, reduce cost and make better operational decisions.
At its core is Flux Foundry, the intelligence and data foundation that identifies and connects assets, spare parts, documents, procedures and other operational entities. Foundry resolves inconsistent information into a structured representation of what exists, how it relates and where the underlying evidence came from. Applications built on this foundation then translate that intelligence into specific operational outcomes.
The first major application, Flux Reliability, focuses on spare-parts and inventory intelligence. It enables organisations to identify duplicate and equivalent parts, improve catalogue quality, rationalise excess and slow-moving inventory, identify suitable alternatives, and release working capital without increasing operational risk. Recommendations are designed to be explainable, evidence-backed and auditable.
Ensemble AI works with complex industrial organisations where operational knowledge is typically distributed across ERP and maintenance systems, spreadsheets, technical documentation and people. Its goal is to make that knowledge connected, usable and increasingly intelligent - turning AI from an isolated experiment into part of everyday industrial operations.
What you will do
- Lead customer discovery by facilitating workshops with industrial operators to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into reusable product capabilities.
- Build and ship high-quality production software across the full stack, including intuitive frontends, robust backend APIs, and event-driven cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
- Utilize AI-assisted design and development tools like Claude Design to rapidly prototype and iterate from concept to production-ready user experiences.
