Product Engineer at Tano
- Location
- London, United Kingdom
- Compensation
- Up to £150k + Equity
Tano.ai is moving influencer marketing from manual spreadsheets to autonomous agents, and they need a Product Engineer to own the system that makes it happen. Unlike most AI "demos," Tano.ai's agents are already live for brands like Google and Bloom & Wild, managing full creator lifecycles and budgets around the clock.
You'll join a high-performing team of ex-YC and Stanford engineers in Central London, building with a stack that includes Go, LangGraph, and Gemini. If you're a full-stack engineer with 5-7 years of experience who wants to own a production system from architecture to ship, this is your seat.
Role overview
You will own the influencer affiliate management agent, Tano.ai’s highest-leverage system that converts one-off posts into long-term brand partnerships. Working across the full stack with Go and TypeScript, you will design and architect autonomous systems that run unattended for months. This is a rare opportunity to build foundation-level agentic infrastructure in a production environment.

Tano AI Ltd (Tano) is a London-based technology company that provides an AI-driven platform to automate and scale influencer and ambassador marketing for e‑commerce, FMCG, and direct-to-consumer brands. Its AI agents act as a virtual influencer marketing team, handling end-to-end workflows including discovering and vetting micro and nano influencers, recruiting and onboarding them into affiliate or ambassador programs, negotiating collaborations and paid-ads usage rights, managing ongoing relationships and communications, and tracking performance and revenue attribution. By automating these operationally intensive tasks, Tano enables small marketing teams to efficiently manage thousands of creators, lower customer acquisition costs, and systematically generate user-generated content and high-performing creative for paid advertising campaigns.

- Architect and maintain the influencer affiliate agent, ensuring the system can programmatically handle sourcing, communications, and incentivization flawlessly over long-term cycles.
- Collaborate across the full stack using TypeScript and Go to shape the product’s UX and technical foundation as one of the first five engineering hires.
Who this is a fit for
