What you will do
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of 8–12 engineers, focusing on recruitment, mentorship, and career development across all levels.
- Provide technical direction and unblock teams using your full-stack expertise while maintaining high standards for code quality and execution.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership in Product and Operations to align technical roadmaps with business goals and patient outcomes.

- Has 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of at least 8 people, with a proven track record in hiring and performance management.
