Staff Product Engineer (d/f/m) at Leapsome

As a Staff Product Engineer at Leapsome, you will be the technical anchor for a high-impact team transitioning a proven HR suite into a proactive, agent-driven platform. You will design intelligent systems, orchestrate complex AI workflows using RAG and multi-agent architectures, and own the end-to-end delivery of features that reshape how thousands of companies manage their people.

• Architect and build robust, scalable full-stack applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, integrating LLM-driven agents and stateful RAG pipelines for autonomous HR workflows.
• Partner directly with product and design as a strategic technical peer to shape the roadmap, challenge assumptions, and ensure engineering systems solve high-impact user problems.
• Pioneer engineering excellence by establishing AI evaluation suites, tool-calling schemas, and human-in-the-loop safety fallbacks while mentoring the broader team on AI-native development patterns.

• You have significant experience as a technical lead, founding engineer, or senior IC at a high-growth company with deep expertise in modern JS/TS frameworks.
• You possess a proven track record of shipping production-grade LLM applications, including multi-agent orchestration and advanced RAG architectures, rather than just basic prototypes.
• You are an AI-native developer who leverages tools like Cursor and CodeRabbit as force multipliers while maintaining total accountability for every line of code that ships.
