Associate Launcher (Post-M&A) at Dwelly

You will drive post-acquisition integrations, transitioning newly acquired agencies onto Dwelly’s platform. Working alongside a Launch Manager, you’ll manage data migrations, operational clean-ups, and people transitions. This high-exposure role involves regular UK travel to bridge the gap between traditional operations and AI-driven automation, serving as a direct pathway to a Launch Manager position.

• Execute data migrations, accounting transitions, and office mergers to seamlessly integrate acquired agencies into Dwelly’s unified platform.
• Track integration milestones and maintain detailed playbooks to ensure smooth operational, client, and team onboarding across all functional areas.
• Travel 1-3 days weekly across the UK to provide hands-on, on-site support and build trust with local operational teams during transitions.

• Has approximately 2+ years of experience in management consulting or hands-on business operations within a fast-scaling technology company.
• Possesses specific exposure to M&A integrations, multi-site operational environments, or complex system and process migrations.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure environments.
