Role overview
You will sit at the operational core of NaroIQ GmbH’s platform, owning end-to-end responsibility for ETF launches, replication models, and daily execution. By managing primary and secondary market mechanics and collaborating with the product team to automate workflows, you will help break the dominance of major US providers in the European market.

Its modular platform automates end-to-end fund and ETF operations, including data management, fund administration, portfolio management, index services, and market integration, enabling clients to launch and manage ETFs and investment funds without building extensive operational or regulatory infrastructure themselves.
What you will do
- Execute end-to-end ETF delivery, including portfolio replication, index rebalances, and monitoring key quality metrics like tracking error, spreads, and premiums/discounts.
- Manage creation/redemption processes and secondary market transactions while validating daily pricing, holdings, and reference data for mission-critical operations.
- Act as the functional expert in client workshops and industry events while stress-testing AI-driven workflows to guide the product roadmap.

- Proven issuer-side experience owning ETF launches and operating portfolio management systems (PMS) within a high-stakes, mission-critical, and detail-oriented environment.
- Deep technical understanding of ETF primary and secondary market mechanics combined with the analytical ability to translate domain expertise into clear product requirements.
- Professional fluency in both German and English, with a proactive mindset toward using AI tools and automation to replace manual processes.
