Head of Deployment Strategy at Forgepoint

As Head of Deployment Strategy, you will build the organization that transforms signed customers into successful, scaled deployments. This player-coach role involves leading high-priority deployments personally, defining the operational playbook, and hiring a team of thirty over the next year. You will bridge the gap between customer executives, frontline operators, and engineering teams.

• Personally lead high-stakes deployments from contract signature through measurable ROI, working directly with manufacturing CEOs and plant managers.
• Build the company’s deployment playbook, establishing discovery methods, quality standards, and operating cadences to scale AI worker implementation.
• Hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of Deployment Strategists and Agent Engineers to execute the growing project pipeline.

• 6+ years of experience, ideally combining tier-1 management consulting with a solutions or forward-deployed role at a high-growth tech firm.
• Proven track record of hiring and leading teams in a delivery or consulting context while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to translate messy, ambiguous business processes into structured requirements and SOPs that technical teams can execute with precision.
