What you will do
- Personally lead high-stakes deployments from contract signature through measurable ROI, working directly with manufacturing CEOs and plant managers.
- Build the company’s deployment playbook, establishing discovery methods, quality standards, and operating cadences to scale AI worker implementation.
- Hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of Deployment Strategists and Agent Engineers to execute the growing project pipeline.
Who this is a fit for
- 6+ years of experience, ideally combining tier-1 management consulting with a solutions or forward-deployed role at a high-growth tech firm.
- Proven track record of hiring and leading teams in a delivery or consulting context while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
