- Own the central target operating model across multiple European markets, managing the transition of acquired businesses onto a unified proprietary platform.
- Oversee group-wide regulatory compliance, including customs authorizations, AEO status, and direct relationships with international regulators.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align software workflows with real-world brokerage requirements and operational liability decisions.
Who this is a fit for
- 10+ years of senior operational leadership in professional services, ideally within customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or highly regulated international logistics.
