Strategy & Operations at Deducta

You will work alongside the ex-Bain Chief of Staff to drive Deducta’s highest priorities across every department. From managing quarterly planning and board reporting to leading cross-functional GTM projects and hiring, you will define the operating model of a high-growth startup. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a builder who executes with precision.

• Lead end-to-end operating cadences, including weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning cycles, and the preparation of high-stakes board decks and investor updates.
• Drive cross-functional projects across GTM, customer delivery, and talent acquisition to ensure company priorities move from strategy to measurable execution.
• Conduct deep-dive quantitative analysis to provide the leadership team with the data-driven insights necessary for making the most important strategic calls.

• 3-4 years of experience at MBB or a top-tier strategy firm, preferably reaching the Manager level, with a proven track record of structured problem-solving.
• A high-agency builder mentality who can pivot from high-level strategic modeling to hands-on operational execution and process implementation in the same week.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
