Product Manager at R-ai
- Location
- London, United Kingdom
- Compensation
- £75k-£85k
R-ai is revolutionizing how enterprise marketing teams handle paid media by replacing traditional agency costs with agentic AI infrastructure. As the first Product Manager at this London-based startup, you will work directly with the CEO to bridge the gap between visionary AI design and technical delivery.
This is a rare opportunity to own the roadmap for a SOC 2 Type II certified platform that is already winning enterprise technology clients. If you have 4-6 years of B2B SaaS experience and want to set the pace for an AI-first product team, this is your chance to lead from the front.
Role overview
As R-ai’s first Product Manager hire, you will report directly to the CEO/Founder and lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap. You’ll sit between engineering and internal teams, turning high-level direction into actionable user stories, managing the backlog, and ensuring every release meets the rigorous standards of enterprise clients.
About R-ai
R-ai is an enterprise AI platform focused on accelerating and simplifying paid media operations for brands and agencies. The platform serves as an AI “brand-to-demand” strategist that helps marketing teams plan, test, and launch global paid media campaigns more quickly by consolidating media planning and buying workflows into a single system.[2] With AI at its core, R-ai unifies more than fifteen specialized media and performance skills into one expert system that works alongside marketing teams to design campaigns based on performance intelligence and tailored to each client’s specific brief.[2] The product aims to reduce the time and complexity involved in getting campaigns approved and live, offering tools for strategy, planning, optimization, and execution of paid media across channels from a unified interface.[2]
What you will do
- Own the product backlog and lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and releases to ensure features ship on time and meet agreed deadlines.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and internal users by translating feedback into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
- Hands-on QA and user acceptance testing, validating complex media workflows against real client briefs before any updates reach the production environment.
Who this is a fit for
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of shipping technical products.
- Expert-level proficiency in backlog management, release cycles, and managing trade-off calls between feature requests, platform stability, and company goals.
- Highly collaborative communicator capable of navigating between technical engineers and commercial teams in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Why this role is remarkable
- Join as the first product hire at an AI startup already serving enterprise clients, with the autonomy to set up delivery processes from scratch.
- Work directly with the CEO/Founder and AI Experience Director to shape how agentic AI transforms the B2B media buying landscape.
- Operate within a highly secure, certified environment (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II) that provides a massive competitive advantage in the enterprise sector.
