As Formance’s first US Account Executive, you will spearhead the company’s American expansion from our New York office. You will own the full sales cycle for complex, high-ACV infrastructure deals, partnering with technical leaders at major fintechs and crypto platforms to replace legacy ledger systems with our developer-loved, API-first financial backend.

Formance is building the infrastructure layer for modern money movement, and we’re looking for our first US Account Executive to lead our New York expansion. In this founding sales role, you’ll own the full cycle for $100K-$300K ACV deals, selling mission-critical financial backend modules to CTOs and VPs of Engineering. What you will do
- Drive the entire sales process for $100K–$300K ACV deals, navigating complex procurement and compliance cycles with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Partner directly with the founders and engineering team to translate US market signals into product roadmap priorities and strategic GTM motions.
- Prospect and close high-potential targets across the US fintech and crypto ecosystems, managing everything from discovery calls to final contract execution.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 4 years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex infrastructure deals in fintech, payments, or crypto.
- Exceptional technical fluency with the ability to explain ledger architecture and API-first concepts to sophisticated engineering and product buyers.
- Experience as an early-stage sales hire who thrives in environments without established SDR support or predefined playbooks, specifically within the US market.
