As Founders Associate at Hesta Health Limited, you will act as the right hand to the co-founders, tackling the company’s most urgent challenges without a playbook. Moving between rigorous data analysis and hands-on operational execution, you will help find product-market fit and build the scalable foundations of a mission-driven healthcare business.

• Own high-priority company problems end-to-end, defining the issue and driving execution across growth, operations, and hiring funnels.
• Build and maintain core business reporting and unit economics models to provide the founders with critical data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Act as an external evangelist and operational fixer, managing everything from customer experience and supplier relations to unblocking complex hiring pipelines.

• Possesses 2–5 years of experience in high-intensity environments like top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup operations.
• Highly quantitative and data-driven, with expert-level Google Sheets/Excel skills and the ability to turn imperfect datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Low-ego, resourceful operator who thrives in ambiguity and uses AI tools daily to accelerate workflows and solve messy problems efficiently.
