It raised a $90M Series A in October 2025, 18 months after launch.
It competes with NetSuite, Sage and Acumatica, and with newer AI-native rivals. Rillet raised a $100M Series C at a $1B valuation in August 2026, and Campfire raised a $65M Series B.
It opened a European HQ in London in August 2026, its first office outside New York.
No layoffs have been reported.
In December 2025, an investor who declined to invest told TechCrunch that DualEntry’s annual recurring revenue was about $400,000 that August. Santiago says it was considerably higher.
