Revenue is running at more than $550M a year
Fuse says it has been profitable before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization every month since late 2025.
Revenue was about $177M in 2025, up from about $19M in 2024.

It sells only in the UK so far. It is preparing to launch in Ireland, and plans to expand across Europe and North America.
The latest filed accounts, for 2024, cover only Fuse Energy Supply, its UK supplier. They show an operating loss of about $9M, funded by loans from its Jersey parent company. The chart shows annual revenue run rates, which are Fuse’s own figures, reported in dollars. The 2024 and 2025 revenue and the 2024 loss are converted from pounds at the ECB rate on the last day of each year.

Jump TradingAlan was Revolut’s fifth employee and became its chief revenue officer. Charles led special projects at Revolut in the UK, and is a qualified high-voltage electrician and licensed power trader. Greg joined Fuse as a senior engineer in 2022 and ran engineering from 2023. The 2024 accounts name Alan and Charles as the group’s controlling shareholders.
A demanding place that gives people big jobs early
The pace. The work is demanding. In January 2026, 12 former staff told the Observer of public shaming and of pressure on some junior staff to work up to 100-hour weeks. Fuse said it doesn’t expect or encourage 100-hour weeks, and Alan Chang has said Fuse is not for everyone.
Growing. Fuse gives people ownership early. It says it has created 12 employee millionaires in its first 3 years.
Hiring. Alan Chang interviews every engineer himself, and makes an offer on the spot when they pass.
Tools. AI does much of the routine work. Its AI code reviewer approves some kinds of pull requests without a person.
Where. Fuse is opening a 32,000 sq ft HQ in Canary Wharf. Most open roles are on-site, and some engineering roles are remote.

It’s rated 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from more than 16,000 reviews.
It had the cheapest fixed deal in Which?’s comparison of October 15, 2026, though none then beat the price cap for a typical household.
Customers placed it joint 5th of 17 suppliers in Which?’s survey.
Its AI support agent resolves 80% of customer chats, with 99% customer satisfaction.
In that survey, 16% of customers said they had made a formal complaint in the past year. Which? ranked its customer practices 13th of 17. Fuse holds UK supplier and meter operator licenses.
