Revenue grew more than fivefold in 11 months
Enterprise customers. HappyRobot hasn’t published a current dollar revenue figure. In September 2025, Pablo put revenue “well into” eight figures.
Revenue grew more than 5x between its Series B in September 2025 and its Series C in August 2026.
Net dollar retention is above 150%, Pablo says, and one large US customer grew its contract 10x in a year.

A hard-working team that fixes problems without blame
The pace. Its founding engineer tells candidates up front to be ready to work very hard, and that the pace doesn’t let up.
Teams. Deployment has no levels and no pods. You might lead one customer account and work as an engineer on another, and that can flip.
No blame. Pablo says the rule is to fix a problem first and learn from it after, without looking for someone to blame.
Values. Extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and being “majos”: Spanish for helpful, warm and low-ego.
Where. Most software engineering roles in San Francisco are on-site, and other roles are mostly hybrid. Teams fly out to sit with the people who run a customer’s operation.
