A fast team with little bureaucracy
The pace. Fast. Its principles ask people to run toward problems and to work hard, sustainably. Plans are set each quarter and revisited every month.
Ownership. Little bureaucracy. Each person is expected to own their area and act without waiting for permission, and hot takes are welcome from anyone.
Where. Most open roles are in an office. About a third are remote.
Pay and time off. Equity for every role and flexible vacation. It tells candidates early where they’re tracking and talks pay before the offer stage.
