Net sales rose to about $16M in 2025, from about $3M in 2024. The loss grew to about $74M, from about $19M, as the team nearly tripled.
It ended 2025 with about $270M in cash, before raising $700M in July 2026.
Neko isn’t profitable as a company yet. Its CEO says it is profitable at clinic level.

A fast-moving team where clinicians and engineers work side by side
The pace. Neko moves fast. Its values ask people to chase 10X and to take ownership even at 70% confidence rather than wait for permission.
Teams. Engineers and clinical researchers share a floor in Stockholm, where every device is designed and assembled. New joiners come to Stockholm for Immersion Days. The April 2026 group was 50 people.
Tools. Teams use AI every day, for clinical notes and for reading skin and heart signals.
Where. It has HQs in Stockholm and New York, and hubs in London and Berlin. Clinic and manufacturing roles are on site. Office roles are hybrid, usually 2 or 3 days a week in the office.

75% of members book and prepay their next scan before they leave, and 80% book a third after their second.
75% of returning members whose severe or life-threatening condition was found earlier are now in good health or have it under control.
In New York, the waitlist more than doubled to over 50,000 in the two weeks after its first clinic opened.
NHS England has warned that private scans lead to over-diagnosis and avoidable anxiety, and the Royal College of GPs says it hasn’t seen convincing evidence they improve health outcomes.
The scan takes about 30 minutes and covers skin, heart, circulation and 50+ blood markers, followed by 30 minutes with a clinician. It costs $499 in New York.
