As the founding Crew Experience Lead, you will design Anima’s internal operating system as the company scales from 35 to 100+ people. You’ll own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from high-context onboarding and intentional office design to company-wide rituals and internal communications, ensuring a culture of high standards and care for an exceptional crew.

  • Architect a world-class onboarding system that takes new joiners from offer acceptance to their first meaningful contribution with maximum context and care.
  • Design and operate company rituals like "Folkmoot" (all-hands), offsites, and product demos to ensure they are purposeful and deeply connected to Anima's values.
  • Transform the Farringdon office into a high-leverage tool that drives connection, mission-alignment, and productivity for a rapidly growing team of exceptional talent.
