What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end development of product features, taking problems from initial customer conversations through to production-ready deployments across the full stack.
  • Build and optimize complex data pipelines and integrations with HRIS, ATS, or project management platforms to attribute team costs to specific outcomes.
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows and interfaces that connect company systems, allowing organizations to control AI spending and automate time-consuming tasks.
