As a Founding Software Engineer at Elyos AI, you will build core features across a modern stack including Python, TypeScript, and React. You’ll own the product lifecycle from customer discovery to shipping, tackling high-stakes technical challenges in real-time voice AI and agentic systems. Fully integrated with all trades CRMs, these AI Customer Service Reps book and schedule jobs autonomously, helping our trades businesses run their businesses.

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI product features using Python, TypeScript, and React while managing infrastructure and event-driven systems.
- Collaborate directly with customers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions that solve critical pain points for field service businesses.
- Lead architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices for testing, reliability, and security to ensure a scalable foundation.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems using Python, TypeScript, and React, ideally within an early-stage startup or a 0-to-1 environment.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML products, specifically working with LLMs, agentic workflows, or real-time voice platforms and streaming architectures.
- Possesses an owner’s mindset and a bias for action, comfortable moving between high-level system design and hacking MVPs to deliver rapid value.
