Join ClarityCare AI to build the core AI infrastructure for healthcare utilization management. You will develop production-grade RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems that process messy clinical records to generate auditable medical determinations. Working directly with founders, you’ll solve high-stakes problems where “mostly right” is a failure, impacting real-world patient outcomes.

• Scope and architect complex AI solutions, building RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows that navigate unstructured clinical medical records with high precision.
• Own the full-stack lifecycle of features, from backend Python/FastAPI services to frontend React/Next.js interfaces and infrastructure deployment via AWS and Terraform.
• Partner with clinical and technical stakeholders to ensure AI outputs meet rigorous regulatory and clinical standards, maintaining a relentless focus on auditability.

• Strong Python backend engineering background with proven experience building LLM-powered systems like structured extraction, RAG, or multi-agent workflows.
• Full-stack capability with React, Next.js, or TypeScript, coupled with a deep desire to understand technical systems “all the way down.”
• Bias toward shipping in ambiguous environments and a “production ownership” mindset involving monitoring, reliability tuning, and performance optimization.

• Work on “Electra,” a production-grade AI platform already generating seven-figure ARR and scaling rapidly toward eight figures by year-end.
• Directly impact the American healthcare system by collapsing the weeks-long prior authorization bottleneck into hours using sophisticated LLM-powered workflows.
• Collaborate closely with founders Hermine Tranie (CEO) and Alexandru Andrei (CTO) in a high-ownership, onsite culture that values deep technical curiosity.
