What you will do
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) by reviewing mechanical and electrical designs for cost-efficiency, yield, and rapid assembly speed.
- Identify and manage a global supplier network, negotiating terms with machine shops, PCB assembly houses, and contract manufacturers.
- Establish and oversee initial low-volume, in-house assembly lines to validate processes and SOPs before scaling to high-volume production.
