As our Founding Social Content Lead, you’ll own our brand voice and organic engine, uncovering human stories inside local cafés and shops. This is a high-ownership role in a 996 culture for a creative who can shoot, edit, and scale winners into paid campaigns. Based in a beautiful house in Bonn, you’ll help independent hospitality thrive while shaping a pre-seed startup from the ground up with significant equity.

- Own the end-to-end social strategy, brand voice, and creative output across platforms, focusing on authentic storytelling within independent hospitality.
- Personally capture, direct, and edit high-quality content featuring business owners, combining real footage with AI tools to enhance the narrative.
- Analyze performance data to iterate on content hooks and narratives, successfully transitioning organic winning formats into high-performing paid campaigns.
