As the Founding Operator, you will bridge the gap between product engineering and real-world deployment. You will embed within customer branches to map workflows, drive platform adoption, and build the implementation playbook from scratch. This critical hire ensures our AI employees integrate seamlessly into daily operations while defining our long-term customer success function.

- Map complex branch workflows and configure the AI platform to automate manual property transaction processes from end to end.
- Create the foundational training and implementation playbooks, including documentation, certification paths, and repeatable onboarding systems for scale.
