What you will do
- Own the end-to-end client relationship after the sale, managing everything from initial onboarding and ongoing communication to renewals and expansions.
- Develop and execute documented success plans for each active client, ensuring all milestones align with the BRAVE roadmap and business goals.
- Identify and secure account expansion opportunities, managing commercial scope and pricing conversations to maintain healthy margins while delivering exceptional value.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 3 to 7 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with experience handling owner-operator clients in the services or tech sectors.
- Possesses strong commercial instincts, capable of holding the line on project scope and conducting difficult pricing conversations while maintaining high levels of respect.
- Communicates with human clarity and proactive intent, translating complex AI concepts into business outcomes for operators who value direct, non-technical partnership.
