Azoma is the product intelligence and syndication layer for agentic commerce. The Agentic Merchant Protocol (AMP) is the merchant-side infrastructure governing how enterprise products are understood and recommended across AI shopping agents like Rufus, Sparky, and ChatGPT. We work with 8 of the top 30 global FMCGs, including Arla, Barilla, Bayer, Beiersdorf, Canadian Tire, L'Oréal, Lipton, Mars, Mondelez, Panasonic, P&G, Reckitt, Unilever and Zappos, managing $2.2B in monthly GMV.
What you will do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations.
- Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, including performance management, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing expert guidance on organizational design and navigating complex people-related challenges.
