What you will do
- Take ownership of Business of Law application projects, including HRIS, CRM, and intranet systems, ensuring robust governance and documentation.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders, including Partners and C-suite executives.
- Lead change management and communication efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery across the firm.
Who this is a fit for
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience within a law firm or professional services environment, including formal PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business of Law workflows, regulatory obligations, and systems integration across billing, CRM, or document management platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in PPM tooling like MS Project or Monday.com, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership.
