Role overview

Join Goodstack as a lead Expert Reviewer to help nonprofit partners secure funding faster. You will research high-quality grant opportunities, craft compelling funding narratives, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery. Working with 10–15 nonprofits simultaneously, you’ll ensure every application is funder-ready and persuasive to drive global social change.

Goodstack is a social impact and donations infrastructure platform that aims to make it easy for businesses to “do good” at scale by integrating charitable giving into their products, payments, and customer experiences.[1][3] It provides safe and efficient global donation rails that allow companies to route funds securely to vetted nonprofits and causes around the world, helping them run donation campaigns, rewards, and other impact-focused programs.[1][3] Through its tooling and APIs, Goodstack supports businesses in launching and managing purpose-driven initiatives while giving nonprofits access (via its .org counterpart) to software discounts and fundraising tools, creating a connected ecosystem between corporate donors and charitable organizations.[1][2][3]

What you will do

  • Identify and curate tailored grant opportunities for 10–15 nonprofit partners based on their specific missions, eligibility, and funding requirements.
  • Draft and iterate on high-quality LOIs and grant applications, turning raw programme data into compelling, funder-ready narratives.
  • Lead the expert review process by quality-checking AI-assisted outputs to ensure every submission maintains the highest standards of accuracy and tone.

Who this is a fit for

  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing for nonprofits or mission-led organisations with a deep understanding of the global funding landscape and eligibility criteria.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail, capable of navigating complex geographic nuances and strict funder requirements without error.
  • Technically proficient with AI tools for research and drafting, combined with the human judgment required to maintain warmth and clarity in partner communication.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Directly impact global philanthropy by helping nonprofits like the Red Cross and Oxfam access the capital they need to thrive.
  • Work at the intersection of social good and cutting-edge technology within a General Catalyst-backed startup that facilitated $5B in donations in 2025 alone.
  • Master AI-native workflows that amplify your grant-writing craft, allowing you to focus on high-level strategy and persuasive storytelling rather than administrative overhead.
